SHIPPING

AUSTRALIA

All Australian orders are sent free of charge via regular post.  We offer a door to door shipping service - straight from us to you!  In our experience, regular post takes between 3 to 10 business days to arrive, depending on your location  If you wish for your order to be sent via express post, this will be at your own cost of $10. Express post means fast delivery - usually next business day within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas). Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5days.

INTERNATIONAL

Paradise Designs offers a flat rate of $25.00 for New Zealand orders and a flat rate of $35.00-$45.00 weight dependent for standard rest of the world international shipping. International orders should arrive within 7-10 working days once payment has been received.

Please Note:

- All orders will be posted as quickly as possible one payment is received.  During regular periods this is usually within 48 hours.  During peak periods dispatch can take a little longer - please be patient as we work as hard and fast as we can to get your order to you!
- Paradise Designs will not be liable for unreceived parcels once they have been despatched
- Final prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
