RETURNS/EXCHANGES
At Paradise Designs we aim to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchases. We have attempted to make our return/exchange system very simple. To ensure a high level of quality in products being dispatched, all items are inspected prior to being sent.
Returns
If you are not completely happy with any full priced Paradise Designs purchase, we will happily exchange or refund the item if it is returned within 10 business days of receipt. Your item can be retuned to us via post to our Distribution Centre at 4/53 Casua Drive Varsity Lakes QLD 4227.
Please note that all SALE items are final. There is no exchange or return on DISCOUNTED or SALE items.
All returned item/s must be in their original condition and the original labels and swing tags must be attached to the item.
If a returned item is inspected and deemed to not be in original condition, it will be returned to the sender at the senders cost.
Paradise Designs can unfortunately not be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the shipping process. We recommend that any items returned are done so with tracking for your own peace of mind. Please note that return shipping to us is at your expense and no credits will be issued for shipping costs.
To return an item, please either take it to one of our four stores, or to return online please follow the steps below:
STEP 1 - Send an email to lifeinparadisedesigns@gmail.com with the title of "LODGE A RETURN/EXCHANGE"
STEP 2 - Enter the Order #, Email address, and Phone number associated with your order
STEP 3 - Advise the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for your return and images of any issues
STEP 4 - You will receive a reply email approving or declining your return, at which point, if your return has been accepted, you will need to advise what item you wish to replace the returned item for
STEP 5 - Shipping instructions will be sent once you have submitted the above information. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an email authorising your return. Please then post your item(s) as per the emailed information
STEP 6 - Once we receive your item(s) we will check and if it is in original condition, we will send out your new item
Please note:
- All freight charges are non refundable*
* If an item is faulty or incorrectly sent, freight charges may be reimbursed to that of equal or lesser value of the original shipping costs.
Exchange
Please follow the above process for exchange. Unfortunately, due to the fast turnover of stock, we are unable to set items aside. Please note that shipping costs for exchange of an item are at your cost.
Faulty
In the unlikely event you have received a faulty item, we will either repair, replace or refund depending on the severity of the fault. Faulty return postage costs will be covered by Paradise Designs.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as swimwear, underwear and personal care goods (such as beauty products and sun cream).
